Privacy Policy

Version 2026-08-27 · Last updated: August 27, 2026. Lumasee ("we," "us") provides managed Google review services for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: support@lumasee.com.

Information we collect

Account information you provide: your name, business name, email, and phone number. Customer contact details you send us (a customer's name, phone number, or email) solely to request a review on your behalf. Payment details are processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

Google Business Profile data

When you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorize Lumasee — via Google's official OAuth flow — to access the profile you own or manage. We use this authorization to read your incoming reviews, post replies you have approved, and aggregate your review history into reporting for you. We never access any profile without the owner's explicit authorization, and we never solicit, filter, gate, suppress, or fabricate reviews — every customer receives the same unaltered path to leave a review. You can revoke Lumasee's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions), and we will delete your stored tokens on request.

How we use information

To operate the service: sending review requests, drafting and publishing approved replies, generating your insights and weekly summaries, billing, and support. We do not sell your data or your customers' data. We do not use your customers' contact details for anything other than the review request you initiated.

Past-customer lists and feedback contacts

Where you provide us with a list of your past customers, we process that list solely to send the review-request emails you have requested, acting as a service provider on your behalf. We delete the raw file you send us once the associated sends are set up; the contact details themselves are retained in your account so we can deliver the service and honor opt-out requests, and are deleted on cancellation at your request. Contact information a consumer provides through the private feedback form is shared with you so you can follow up, and is used for no other purpose.

Storage and security

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, Resend) in the United States, protected by access controls and encryption in transit. Google access tokens are stored encrypted. We retain data while your account is active; on cancellation you may request deletion of your data at support@lumasee.com.

Text messages

Lumasee does not currently send text messages to anyone. Review requests reach your customers by QR code and by email only, and that will not change — we do not text your customers.

An operational text-message program for business account holders is in development and not yet active: alerts about missed customer calls captured by our answering service, notifications of new Google reviews on your business profile, and urgent service notices. It depends on mobile carrier registration that has not been completed. Before the first message is sent we will update this policy with a new version and date, collect an explicit opt-in from the account owner with a timestamped record, and honor STOP and HELP replies. Consent will not be a condition of purchase. Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information. If Antesis LLC becomes subject to the CCPA as it grows, California residents will have rights including the right to know and the right to delete. Contact support@lumasee.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated version and date.

Two corrections to our own record: the text-message section was revised twice, on August 24 and again on August 25, 2026; and the version dated August 13, 2026 covered two different documents, because the August 24 revision was published before the version date was updated. The current version is 2026-08-27.
